Safe Yoga for Boomers & Beyond
75 minute evening classes
Appropriate for new and knowledgeable students who are looking for a medium length class in which you can practice traditional yoga movements and poses that are safe for every body. Classes include warm-ups, modified postures and movements that build strength, flexibility and balance, as well as restorative poses. Breathing techniques are incorporated throughout the class to promote efficient respiration and ease in body and mind. A spectrum of contemplative practices in centering, visualization and integration offer a rich experience of yoga. Class size limited to 10 allows for personalized attention.
